I waited in the queue for ages, which was frustrating. After all that, I didn’t really get much help either. I’d say it’s better to just stick to sharing your own real buying experience instead of trying to get support with anything fake.

"I thought this looked really cute..."
I thought this looked really cute online, but once I got it, I was like, why is this so complicated for something that should be simple? The clasp felt flimsy, the edges were kind of rough, and after just a few wears it already started looking worn out. For the price, I expected a lot better.

This didn’t last long at all. I get that not everything is built to last forever, but it feels fair to expect something to hold up for a reasonable amount of time. Disappointing.

"Designs just aren’t my thing"
I really wanted to like the jewelry, but most of the designs felt plain and kind of dated to me. I kept browsing hoping something would catch my eye, but nothing really did. I also wasn’t a fan of the canned apology-style responses when I reached out, it just made the whole experience feel even less personal

"Tracking hasn’t really gone anywhere"
I ordered this over a week ago, and the tracking still just says the label was created. I emailed to ask what was going on, but the reply I got was vague and didn’t really clear anything up. Maybe it’ll still show up, who knows, but right now I’m frustrated.

"Checkout was a bit of a hassle"
I really liked the jewelry, but the checkout part was kind of frustrating. The page was loading slowly, and my shipping info didn’t save the first time, so I had to type everything in again. At that point I almost just gave up. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but yeah, it definitely could’ve been smoother.

"Packaging was a joke"
What a joke. The box showed up crushed and the packaging looked really cheap, like nobody bothered to make sure it would arrive in decent shape.

"Kind of a pain to shop on my phone"
I tried browsing Tag Youre It Jewelry on my phone, and I got frustrated fast. The pages were loading slowly, the menus felt awkward to tap through, and the product photos weren’t easy to look at. I kept thinking maybe it was just my connection, but then other sites were working fine, so I don’t know. Checkout was confusing too, and by that point I was already annoyed enough that I just gave up and didn’t buy anything.

My package arrived later than expected , and the tracking wasn’t much help . It barely updated the whole time , so I was just left guessing when it would actually show up .

"Honestly disappointed"
I REALLY wanted to like this shop, but my order just didn’t turn out well. The jewelry looked a lot cheaper in person than it did in the photos, and the shipping took longer than I expected. I also reached out for help and didn’t really feel like I got much support. Overall, I wouldn’t order from here again.

"Pretty online, but seriously disappointing?!"
I really wanted to like this, but the quality was such a letdown. The jewelry looked super cute in the photos, but once it arrived, it felt cheap in person. The finish started looking dull way sooner than I expected, which was kind of shocking?! For the price, I just thought it would feel nicer and last longer. I don’t think I’d order again...

"The issue never really got sorted out"
I ran into a problem with my order and thought it would be a simple thing to get fixed, but it ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be. I reached out for help, and the responses took a while to come through, and when they did, they didn’t really address what I was actually asking. I felt like I kept repeating the same details over and over, almost like nobody was really reading the previous messages. After going back and forth, nothing was properly resolved in the end, and it just felt like I was being brushed off rather than helped. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Looks nice, but the material didn’t feel worth it"
I really wanted to like this because it looked great in the photos, and if you’re just wearing it once in a while, it might be fine. But once I had it in person, the material felt lighter and cheaper than I expected for the price.
After wearing it a short time, the finish already started to look a bit dull, which was disappointing. Maybe I just got a bad one, but for me, it didn’t feel durable enough to buy again

"Engraving wasn’t what I expected"
I ordered this necklace mainly for the name engraving, so that’s the first thing I looked at when it arrived. The spacing between the letters looked off, and one of the letters didn’t look quite right either. Maybe the necklace itself was fine, but I couldn’t really get past the engraving since that was the whole point for me. I emailed about it, but the response wasn’t very helpful. I probably wouldn’t order anything engraved from here again.

"Return/exchange was honestly a pain"
Trying to return it was way harder than it needed to be, and the exchange took foreverrr. I get that stuff takes time sometimes, but this whole process was just kinda frustrating.
